IDVsystem is a CNWB product that offers
your customers an alternative method of entering your site after
they have been declined entry from their credit card company, in
the form of a loan. IDVsystem is also a way for merchants to recover
lost revenue and discover new customers.
A customer comes to your site and attempts to purchase a membership with a credit card. The card is declined. Having alternative methods for your customers to purchase your product is an absolute necessary in today’s competitive market. With the IDVsystem loan, your customers can gain access to your product without a valid credit card. If your customer chooses the IDVsystem option, CNWB will offer your customer a LOAN for the purchase price of your site’s membership. Once your customer’s personal information has been validated through our proprietary network of databases and meets our standards, IDVsystem extends the offer of a loan to your customer. When your customer accepts, you are then asked to provide the necessary password/username combination to allow them access to your site.
Merchants enrolled in the IDVsystem are paid cumulatively. Our Merchants are paid both for the initial click sending their customer traffic to IDVsystem as well as being compensated when CNWB collects the loan the customers originated to gain access to your site. Often times IDVsystem customers become re-occurring paying customers of the sites which they original accessed through the IDVsystem loan.
CNWB will present the merchant with a
half page graphic to be placed at the decline notification page
of the merchant. The Graphic will come with its own html package and the white paper for implementation instructions.
The merchant must code
to receive a message from IDVsystem to allow "This" particular
customer a password to enter the site for the predetermined length
of membership.

to CNWB Members Lounge to check on their IDVsystem account status.
